Words from the team

To all who pray for us:

We thank you all and can’t wait to see you. Things are great. We are having a great time showing the love of Jesus to all here in the Dominican Republic.  We wish you could see their faces and the joy that is in their hearts. With all love from us to you!

Love, Will and Andrew and the whole gang (team).

Tropical Storm Emily

Some of you have been watching the developments with the storm. You can click on the weather link on the sidebar and it will take you to a weather forecast for Santiago and the storm. As of now, things look okay for us. We are monitoring the situation to see what develops and will take precautions as necessary. For now, we can pray for the storm to pass by without incidence.

The team is staying in a modern hotel with access to good communication so we are in a good position to respond to whatever may develop.  Until something changes, we are going to stay the course of our ministry and trust God with the rest.

Our own home run derby

Adam is giving Keith some competition in the preaching department- he did a great job in Los Santos tonight.  Andrew, Bethany and Will all shared testimonies and of course we had some great music. Jon McClain led the singing and everyone wanted the song sheets to be able to learn the songs.

Bible school went great- better than yesterday by all reports, with more children in attendance. It is a good problem, but at one location they have almost too many!  Suzanne and Lisa have had quite a challenge with the crafts for all those children! From my perspective it has all been awesome. All together we are reaching 175+ children every day.

Tomorrow promises to be a long day- we will stay in San Francisco to work in the afternoon and then lead the regular service at night.  Keep the team in your prayers! Keep praying for those ten families to come to the Lord and join the church.
